Terms and conditions of the Arab Experts Training Institute.
By registering for one of our programs, courses or the vocational training (hereafter called “training”), you enter into an agreement with Arab Experts Training Institute. An agreement should include clarity about what the candidate can expect from the training Institute and what the training Institute can expect from the candidate. This is what we mean by the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are published on the website of Arab Experts Training Institute.
COPYRIGHT: All copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to any course material provided in connection with the Course remain the sole property of the Company. No part of any course material may be copied or translated in any form without the prior approval in writing of the Company.
TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF TRAINING COURSES:
REFUND POLICY: Non-refundable Registration fees. Non-refundable Training Material. Nonrefundable certification charges. Cancellation charges (depend on when the written cancellation notice received): Over 2 weeks cancellation notice: full refund. 1-2 weeks cancellation notice: 50% refund. Less than 7 days cancellation notice: no refund, unless in exceptional circumstances, for which a medical certificate maybe requested. For further details contact us.
PAYMENTS POLICY: Please remember that 100% of payment needs to be received at least Ten(10) business days before the start of your class to guarantee your seat. If you have pre-paid, paid your balance due as part of a certification program, or handled payment off-line (invoice or check), you do not need to take any additional steps at this time. For payment plan information, contact our administrative office. We try to make sure that we send the invoice for the course to the right person or department. If you have received the invoice and are not the right person, please pass it on to the appropriate department so that they can arrange payment for your course in plenty of time.
