Course Description

At the end of this course the attendees will gain the knowledge about maintenance, computerized maintenance programs & maintenance planning basic concepts including maintenance background overview and the human factor in maintenance. Plus the information needed to set up a preventive maintenance program, identifying maintenance costs & economics in order to improve their maintenance planning system.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course participants will be able to:

  • Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance, including how to set them up, design task lists.
  • Implement the systems in their work environment which will lead to reduced breakdowns and reduce interruptions.
  • How to plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
  • Introduce participants to the various technologies used in their work environments.
    • To provide participants with more awareness about safety on energy isolation.
    • To provide the participants with the proper systems used in preventive maintenance programs used in industry according to standards.
